Join National Healthcare Group Polyclinics as a Podiatrist in the vibrant heart of Denpasar, Bali, where you’ll deliver expert foot care in a modern, patient-centered environment. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in primary healthcare while enjoying the tropical lifestyle Bali has to offer.

As a Licensed Podiatrist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide spectrum of foot and lower limb conditions, from common ailments like bunions and plantar fasciitis to complex diabetic foot care. Your expertise will help patients of all ages regain mobility, alleviate pain, and improve their quality of life.

Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. Whether you’re treating athletes, elderly patients, or individuals with chronic conditions, your work will be both challenging and rewarding.

Bali’s growing expat and local communities ensure a diverse patient base, while the island’s relaxed yet dynamic atmosphere provides an unparalleled work-life balance. If you’re passionate about podiatric medicine and eager to practice in a culturally rich setting, this role is for you.

Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough foot and lower limb assessments, including gait analysis, biomechanical evaluations, and diagnostic imaging interpretations.
  • Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, fungal infections, and diabetic foot ulcers.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures, including nail surgeries, wart removals, and soft tissue corrections, adhering to sterile protocols.
  • Prescribe and fit orthotics, insoles, and supportive footwear to address structural or functional abnormalities.
  • Educate patients on preventive foot care, proper footwear, and lifestyle adjustments to promote long-term podiatric health.
  • Collaborate with general practitioners, physiotherapists, and endocrinologists to manage complex cases, particularly for diabetic or geriatric patients.
  • Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
  • Stay updated on advances in podiatric medicine and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Podiatric Medicine from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license to practice podiatry in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a primary care or specialist podiatry setting.
  • Proven expertise in diagnosing and treating common and complex foot conditions across all age groups.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as X-rays, ultrasounds, and pressure plate analysis.
  • Strong communication and patient education skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
