Responsibility
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic specialists in performing medical and cosmetic procedures (e.g., injections, laser treatments, facials).
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Administer non-surgical beauty treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, and skincare therapies.
- Manage inventory of medical and beauty supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are stored correctly.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product usage to optimize results.
- Maintain meticulous records of client treatments, progress, and medical histories in compliance with clinic protocols.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sterilization standards for all equipment and treatment rooms.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and promote clinic services, packages, and membership programs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Nursing, Dermatology, or Beauty Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian nursing license (STR) or beauty therapist certification (e.g., CIDESCO, ITEC).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, dermatology, or luxury spa/beauty settings.
- Proven expertise in aesthetic treatments (e.g., facials, chemical peels, injectables) is a plus.
- Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and medical-grade treatments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client schedules.
