Responsibility
- Provide high-quality medical consultations, diagnoses, and treatments to patients of all ages.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families on preventive healthcare, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
- Stay current with medical advancements, best practices, and emerging healthcare technologies.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs as needed.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all medical practices.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or private practice setting.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-first approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.
- Commitment to continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
