Responsibility
- Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of clinical research studies in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Collect, process, and analyze clinical data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and maintain research documentation, including case report forms, consent forms, and study protocols.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, participants, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth study execution.
- Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in participant recruitment, screening, and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve research-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, or a laboratory setting (for Associate level). Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply for Assistant roles.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial methodologies, ICH-GCP guidelines, and ethical research practices.
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, REDCap, EDC systems) and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification in Human Subjects Research (e.g., CITI, NIH) is preferred.
