Responsibility
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and functional assessments, to determine appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy by participating in professional development opportunities and training.
- Promote health and wellness initiatives within the community through workshops, seminars, or outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) or equivalent professional body.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience (Junior) or 3+ years (Senior) in a physiotherapy setting.
- Proficiency in assessing and treating a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
