Responsibility
- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, immunology, and clinical chemistry, with precision and accuracy.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and report findings to physicians and healthcare providers in a timely manner.
- Adhere to strict quality control and assurance protocols to maintain laboratory accreditation and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to interpret results and provide insights for patient diagnosis and treatment plans.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification as a Medical Technologist (or equivalent) in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with proficiency in automated laboratory systems.
