Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pharmaceutical products in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate healthcare providers on the benefits and proper use of our pharmaceutical products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns, including digital and in-person events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in sales practices.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A degree in a healthcare discipline is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare industry regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
