Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based medical practices.
- Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Provide emergency and urgent care services as needed, adhering to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive healthcare, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, research, and industry trends through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general medicine, family practice, or a related specialty (fresh graduates with strong academic records may be considered).
- Proven ability to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions with precision and empathy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle complex medical cases.
- Commitment to ethical medical practices, patient confidentiality, and high standards of care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work setting.
