Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, TENS) to aid recovery.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new techniques into practice.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
- Uphold clinic hygiene, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports rehabilitation is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages, e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, are advantageous).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fresh graduates with clinical internship experience are encouraged to apply.
