Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth in the healthcare packaging sector.
- Identify and engage with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medical suppliers, to expand market presence.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings align with client requirements and market demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s brand and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare or medical packaging.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.

- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
