Responsibility
- Deliver personalized nursing care to residents with disabilities, including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams, ensuring alignment with residents’ needs and preferences.
- Assess and document residents’ physical and emotional well-being, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a trusting and respectful relationship.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic and continuous care.
- Educate residents and their families on health management, safety protocols, and wellness strategies.
- Uphold infection control and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary living environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and health crises, administering first aid or escalating care as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (e.g., RN or equivalent) recognized in Indonesia or eligible for local registration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential care, geriatrics, or disability support nursing.
- Strong knowledge of medical protocols, infection control, and elderly/disability care best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and families.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to dynamic care environments.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a commitment to dignity and respect.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by residential care schedules.
