Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life-support equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient conditions and respond to emergencies with quick and effective interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay updated with the latest medical practices.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families during challenging times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of ICU procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
