Responsibility
- Lead and manage the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and local partners in Bali’s luxury wellness market.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to uphold service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis.
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ensure compliance with all medical, aesthetic, and regulatory standards in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with headquarters to align local operations with company-wide goals and brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic management, sales, or business development, preferably in the aesthetic, wellness, or medical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-end clients and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, financial reporting, and business analytics tools.
