Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network switches, firewalls, and cloud-based systems.
- Develop and implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with local data protection regulations.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular audits to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities or hardware failures.
- Provide tier-2 technical support to internal departments, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Oversee IT vendor management, including hardware procurement, service level agreements (SLAs), and project oversight.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network architecture diagrams and incident response plans.
- Lead initiatives for system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity readiness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure or AWS cloud environments, and Windows Server administration.
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
