Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor IT compliance policies and procedures in alignment with ISO 27001, GDPR, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in network and infrastructure systems.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are up-to-date and tested.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting of security breaches or compliance violations.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate staff on IT security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships for third-party IT services, ensuring adherence to contractual and compliance obligations.
- Generate and present reports on compliance status, audit findings, and remediation progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNA, ITIL) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT compliance, network security, or infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
- Proven expertise in network design, troubleshooting, and security protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SIEM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
