Responsibility
- Define and execute the product roadmap for a cutting-edge automotive portal, aligning with business goals and market needs.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create intuitive, user-centric solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product differentiation.
- Gather and prioritize user feedback to continuously improve product features and usability.
- Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on strategies to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, translating business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in automotive technology and digital innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, preferably in the automotive, e-commerce, or digital marketplace sectors.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and iterative product development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Passion for automotive technology and a deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets.
