Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI and automation solutions to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital tools and technologies into existing workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed digitalization projects.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards in all digitalization initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and digital transformation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, digitalization, or a similar role, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, automation tools, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with project management methodologies and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with energy management systems and industry-specific digitalization challenges is a plus.
