Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support system rollouts, digital transformations, and process optimization projects.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify key stakeholders and determine the scope of change required.
- Create and deliver engaging communication materials, including presentations, emails, and training documents, to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and end-users, gathering feedback and addressing concerns to ensure smooth transitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of openness and collaboration.
- Track and report on change management metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role, preferably within the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs and communication materials.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess change impact and develop actionable plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
