Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status updates, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all relevant parties.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes, gathering feedback, and implementing best practices for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience working in fintech, digital payments, or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
