Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations across the APAC region, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement IT service delivery strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Monitor and report on IT service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to address IT needs and drive digital transformation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and vendor relationships in a multi-regional environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, service management, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for IT projects.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
