Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage SAP IAM and Access Control solutions, including role-based access, segregation of duties (SoD), and user provisioning.
- Lead SAP security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOX).
- Develop and maintain SAP security policies, procedures, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and functional teams to integrate security best practices into system configurations.
- Monitor and resolve SAP security incidents, vulnerabilities, and access-related issues in a timely manner.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP security tools such as SAP GRC, SAP Identity Management (IDM), and SAP Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Support SAP S/4HANA migrations and cloud transitions (e.g., SAP BTP, RISE with SAP) with a focus on security and compliance.
- Train and mentor junior team members and clients on SAP security best practices and emerging threats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SAP GRC, SAP Security) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Security, IAM, or Access Control, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or SAP BTP.
- Proven expertise in SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) and SAP Identity Management (IDM).
- Strong understanding of role design, segregation of duties (SoD), and user provisioning in SAP environments.
- Experience with SAP security audits, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and vulnerability assessments.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, OAuth, SAML, and cloud security principles for hybrid landscapes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote setup with occasional travel to client sites.
