Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the HR Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including talent sourcing, interviews, and employee integration.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, career development, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop strategic HR solutions to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements in Indonesia.
- Analyze HR metrics and generate insights to inform data-driven decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation and management (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
