Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and local regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, performance management, and wellness activities.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and generate reports for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Optimize administrative workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and administrative services, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
