Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of graduate studies programmes, ensuring compliance with university policies and academic standards.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth programme delivery and student experiences.
- Manage programme budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance programme quality, student engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance, generating reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and regulatory bodies, to support programme growth and collaboration.
- Organise and oversee events, workshops, and seminars related to graduate studies.
- Provide guidance and support to students on programme-related matters, including admissions, progression, and graduation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management, preferably in higher education or a related sector.
- Strong organisational, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Experience with student information systems (SIS) or learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
