The National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive for Graduate Studies Programme Management to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This is a 2-year contract position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of our prestigious graduate programmes.

Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of graduate programmes, ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with academic departments to develop, implement, and evaluate graduate programme curricula and structures.
- Manage student admissions, enrolment, and progression, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Organise and facilitate orientation programmes, workshops, and other student engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, industry partners, and government agencies, to enhance programme offerings.
- Monitor and report on programme performance, student feedback, and other key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and management of budgets, grants, and scholarships related to graduate studies.
- Support the preparation of accreditation reports and other compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in programme management, higher education administration, or a related role.
- Strong organisational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft).
- Familiarity with academic policies, accreditation standards, and quality assurance processes in higher education.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural setting is highly desirable.
