Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize financial performance and support business growth.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making for ongoing and future projects.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and reporting to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
- Support the annual audit process by coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in cost management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the infrastructure, utilities, or consulting industry is highly desirable.
