Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Oversee the general ledger accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities, including intercompany reconciliations.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting frameworks to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning and performance evaluation.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in month-end closing, financial consolidations, and audit support.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
