Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closings.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Lead tax planning and filing processes, coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risk.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support business decision-making.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for multiple entities.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients to resolve financial discrepancies and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and international financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
