Responsibility

  • Process and verify daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Support the payroll process by verifying employee time sheets and calculating wages.
  • Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and file tax documents in compliance with local regulations.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
