Responsibility
- Process and verify daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ledgers, and journals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Support the payroll process by verifying employee time sheets and calculating wages.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
- Prepare and file tax documents in compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial data and analysis.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
