Responsibility
- Process and verify daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, following up on outstanding balances as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company accounting policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial data and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
