Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client billing.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including office supply management, contract filing, and document organization.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed.
  • Implement and improve internal financial controls and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
