Responsibility
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) duties, such as vendor payments, expense reports, and invoice verification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations and budget adherence.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, AR/AP, or general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP or IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is preferred.
