Responsibility
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Assist in conducting financial audits, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, advising management on potential impacts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the finance team in payroll processing, expense management, and vendor payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax preparation, auditing, or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
