Responsibility
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support business objectives and growth strategies.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior management, providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and process optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement KPIs, financial models, and performance metrics to monitor business health and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational and commercial goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business partnering, FP&A, or financial transformation.
- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving process improvements.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
