Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans for global and regional brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage media relations, including pitching stories to journalists and securing high-impact coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, creative) to integrate communications strategies into broader campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for proactive storytelling.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Support crisis communications efforts, including rapid response strategies and reputation management.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to refine future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong media relations experience, with established contacts in the industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital communications tools, including social media platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
