Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans for global and regional brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage media relations, including pitching stories to journalists and securing high-impact coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, creative) to integrate communications strategies into broader campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for proactive storytelling.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Support crisis communications efforts, including rapid response strategies and reputation management.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to refine future strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate affairs (agency experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong media relations experience, with established contacts in the industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with digital communications tools, including social media platforms, CMS, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects.
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.
