Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, retailers, and influencers to expand brand reach.
- Design and execute sales promotion programs tailored to the Bali market to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal standards.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of activation campaigns, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of programs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance brand presence in Bali.
- Train and mentor junior team members on partnership management and activation strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or marketing, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
