Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media) to promote Suncity Mall’s events, promotions, and tenant offerings.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events, including product launches, festivals, and community engagements, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
- Collaborate with local influencers, media partners, and vendors to amplify reach and drive targeted audience participation.
- Create compelling content (copy, graphics, videos) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement rates, foot traffic) to optimize strategies and report insights to management.
- Liaise with mall tenants to align marketing efforts and cross-promote activities for mutual benefit.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, event management, or communications, preferably in retail, hospitality, or mall management.
- Proven track record of successful event execution and campaign management with measurable results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.
