Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity.
- Create and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.
- Produce engaging content (copy, graphics, videos) for websites, blogs, and social channels.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, conversion metrics) to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and audience preferences.
- Coordinate events, webinars, or partnerships to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Proven track record of managing social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and Google Analytics.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a portfolio of work samples.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp).
