Responsibility
- Develop and execute a creator acquisition strategy to onboard high-value talent across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Design and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from concept to ROI analysis, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, negotiating partnerships and fostering loyalty.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, CTR, conversions) to optimize campaigns and report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content teams to co-create authentic, high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform algorithm changes to adapt strategies proactively.
- Develop creator toolkits and resources (e.g., brand guidelines, content briefs) to streamline collaboration.
- Represent the brand at industry events and creator meetups to expand network and visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in creator/influencer marketing, digital marketing, or community management.
- Strong portfolio of successful creator campaigns with measurable impact on growth or engagement.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and their monetization ecosystems.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with creators and stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, CRM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference for Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
