Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to grow the Dunia Dosen & Deecosystem user base, focusing on educators, students, and professionals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI, CAC, and conversion optimization.
  • Optimize SEO and content marketing to improve organic visibility, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and backlink strategies.
  • Create and distribute engaging content (blogs, social media, email) tailored to academic and professional audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to align marketing efforts with marketplace goals and user needs.
  • Build and nurture community engagement through social media, forums, and partnerships with universities and professional networks.
  • Stay ahead of marketplace and EdTech trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate our platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in marketplace, EdTech, or SaaS industries.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for digital channels (English and Indonesian fluency is a plus).
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and marketing automation.
  • Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian academic and professional ecosystems is highly advantageous.
