Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple events and brand activations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee on-time and on-budget completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to secure venues, permits, logistics, and technical requirements.
- Oversee event production, including setup, rehearsals, and on-site management, to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential issues during events.
- Monitor event performance through KPIs, post-event evaluations, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and senior management, including progress reports and post-event summaries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, project coordination, or experiential marketing, with a proven track record of successful event delivery.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and event planning software.
- Experience in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting for events.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as needed.
