Responsibility
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to Japanese-speaking audiences, including digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
- Create and localize content (website, blogs, ads, brochures) in Japanese to ensure cultural relevance and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the Japanese market.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage customer relationships with Japanese clients, including inquiries, feedback, and support.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, or trade shows targeting Japanese stakeholders.
- Translate and adapt marketing materials from English to Japanese and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (N2 or higher) and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on Japanese markets or international audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills in Japanese, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Cultural awareness and ability to adapt marketing messages for a Japanese audience.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting.
