Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and marketing goals to maximize reach and engagement.
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content (articles, blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics) tailored to diverse audience segments.
- Manage and curate content across multiple digital platforms (website, social media, email, etc.) ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or social media insights, and adjust strategies based on data.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to produce integrated campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Optimize content for local and international audiences, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and on-page SEO.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment before publication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital content creation, SEO, or social media management, preferably in education, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types (blogs, social media, web copy).
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) and their respective best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, digestible content.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
