Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions that align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects, providing data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering systems, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings, enhancing Sun Pharma’s reputation as a leader in engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior executive role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, regulatory standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as engineering design and simulation software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
