Responsibility
- Develop and review architectural designs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) inspections to maintain construction standards.
- Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems installation and troubleshooting.
- Implement and monitor site safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly to minimize delays.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines in all project phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction, QAQC, MEP systems, or site safety management.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Mandarin is advantageous.
