Responsibility
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of electrical construction products to ensure timely project completion.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow and product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or discrepancies in orders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide input on product selection and project planning.
- Maintain accurate records of product transactions, inventory, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical construction, product coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
