Responsibility
- Develop and implement product strategies for construction and power tools to meet market demands and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
- Provide technical expertise and product training to internal teams, distributors, and end-users.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance quality and usability.
- Support the launch of new products, including demonstrations, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation related to product performance and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical roles within the construction, power tools, or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction tools, power equipment, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Japanese language skills are a plus).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and data analysis tools.
