Responsibility
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to address and resolve technical disruptions promptly.
- Perform diagnostic tests and root cause analysis to identify equipment or system failures.
- Execute corrective maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to restore functionality.
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely reports on maintenance activities, findings, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with preventive maintenance teams to identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for emergency repairs.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers or support staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corrective maintenance, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or facility management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and industrial machinery.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other maintenance equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergency repairs.
