Responsibility
- Design and engineer ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems for large-scale construction projects, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international standards.
- Lead M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) coordination with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions.
- Conduct load calculations, energy modeling, and system simulations to optimize HVAC efficiency in tropical climates.
- Oversee project management from concept to commissioning, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Perform site inspections and troubleshooting to ensure systems meet technical specifications and client requirements.
- Develop sustainable and green building solutions, incorporating renewable energy and smart technologies where applicable.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and tender documents for HVAC installations.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold Elitez & Associates’ reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., P.Eng, LEED) are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in ACMV/HVAC design and construction, with a focus on M&E systems in commercial or hospitality sectors.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC simulation software (e.g., Carrier HAP, EnergyPlus).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNIs) and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Proven track record in project management, including cost control, vendor coordination, and client presentations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency is advantageous.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable design principles.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
