Responsibility
- Lead and manage fleet optimization projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of technology and process improvements to enhance fleet performance and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, IT, and finance, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to fleet operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying training needs and mentoring team members.
- Travel occasionally to client sites or regional offices as required for project needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in fleet operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and fleet management systems.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is a bonus.
